This is maybe my favorite Lotus of all time. It looks great, most probably drives good, it is Lotus after all.
Sadly, currently I don't want to buy anything Lotus related even if I had the money. Ok maybe an Evora, but still I am on the fence. I think we can agree that Lotus needs a new owner with a lot of money to put some new cars. And actually the scrapped new Esprit didn't looks so bad on paper. My bet will be with their current engine supplier Toyota, they could get a more performance oriented brand as they seem mostly uniterested to continue their heritage with the Toyota brand. Another good option for me is BMW. Both companies have totally different views on performance so it could be a good match. Finally even VAG could step in. They own bajillion brands in every sector except more affordable sports cars which they can slot somewhere under Porsche.

This has always been the 1 car I've sworn I'd own when I get older. But as I get older I'm starting to worry I won't fit :(

Want it.
Would love to have one with a sorted and built 20B rotary engine in it.
Probably wouldn't be able to fit in it.
Wouldn't be able to afford even a stock one without a better paying job.
